For each course, you choose the pass mark, the number of attempts, and the deadline. You can also decide whether people see the correct answers, and turn on a leaderboard for some friendly competition.

Learning paths
Assign your training in the right order.
A learning path groups courses, policies, and surveys into a set order, such as an induction for new starters. You assign the whole path in one go, and each step unlocks when the one before it is complete.
If someone scores below the pass mark, you choose what happens next:
Retake this step
The course resets and they try again until they pass.
Assign remedial material
They complete something you choose, such as the policy itself, before carrying on. Their original score stays on record.
Fail the path
The path stops, and an admin needs to reset it before they can try again.
Recurring training
You assign it once. Your team retakes it monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
Choose any course or policy and set how frequently it should repeat. At the start of each period, Enlytning reopens it for your team and reminds anyone who hasn’t finished. Every past result is kept for your audits.
